It was the year 2002 and Jean Grey-Summers had it all. Or, at least, she was starting to feel like she had it all. After almost losing her husband to Apocalypse, she finally had him back -- even if he wasn't quite the same as he used to be. Years of training had finally paid off and she actually had a decent amount of control over the Phoenix. She couldn't remember the last time she woke up covered in sweat after having another fiery, doomsday nightmare.
Her life was far from uncomplicated but she didn't want it to be. She was an X-Man after all. She just wanted a good marriage, a school to teach at, and for a certain bird-like cosmic being to leave her alone.
Well, there was one other thing that had put a bit of a wrench in things. Her name was Emma Frost.
Emma came to Xavier's after Genosha was destroyed. The only reason she survived was because of her secondary mutation that suddenly manifested at just the right moment. Miraculously, Emma made it out alive in her diamond form but none of her students were so lucky. She didn't really know where to go so the blonde ended up at Xavier's.
Emma had met the X-Men before, years ago, and she'd had a brush with the Phoenix that almost resulted in her brain being fried. But those days were behind her -- or at least that's what she told Charles. She was far from a good person but she wasn't the White Queen anymore and she didn't want to be. As strange as it was, the woman who used to enjoy torturing her enemies and fucking strangers in a dimly lit club turned a new leaf when she began teaching.
Very few of Emma's fellow teachers felt anything but disgust and distrust around her. Storm, in particular, had a bad feeling about Emma and frequently made a point of reminding everyone about her past.
It didn't help that Emma hid her trauma behind a curtain of constant bitchiness. She'd made insulting and mocking everyone around her a part of her routine. She was clever and quick which made it all the more ruthless.
The one thing no one could deny was that Emma was a very talented telepath. Only Charles and Jean were superior and she seemed to be getting stronger everyday. Which led to a certain cool November morning at the mansion. Jean had just finished breakfast with her husband and Storm and was planning on heading down the hall to her office to begin lesson plans for the coming week. As she kissed Scott on the temple, she felt the familiar telepathic signature of the Professor.
<"Jean? I hope you don't have plans...I need you and Emma to investigate some anomalies I picked up on last night. Come to my office when you can.">
Scott noticed Jean sigh and gave her a look. "The professor wants me and Emma for a mission," Jean explained limply. "Hopefully it's quick."
Jean liked field work but she was getting older and she wished there was someone else to fill her shoes. She wasn't Emma's biggest fan, however, so she wasn't willing to allow the bitchy blonde to take over that job. Even if Jean was more interested in spending time with her students or thinking about her future with Scott. Things were getting better, slowly, but she'd been wondering if a baby is what they needed?
"Good luck," Scott replied. Jean noticed he barely looked up from his bowl of cereal. Since the encounter with Apocalypse, he struggled to show much attention or affection. Jean did too, at times. Marriage, she'd decided, was more complicated than her younger self had thought.
She went to Charles' office and saw Emma sitting across from Xavier in her barely-there uniform. Her legs were crossed and her arms were crossed which really pushed her medically-enhanced breasts up and out. Not for the first time, Jean wondered why Charles didn't say anything. It wasn't appropriate for the students to see that.
"Does this mission really require the fiery little bird to tag along?" Emma drawled in her signature fake British accent. Jean struggled to keep herself from rolling her eyes.
"Two telepaths are better than one," Charles explained succinctly. "This is uncharted territory and I want you both to be prepared."
Jean took a seat next to Emma and felt the blonde's eyes pierce her. Was she examining her outfit? Jean was wearing the X-Men uniform as of late -- a black turtleneck and black leather pants. The "X" insignia fell right over her breasts and Jean hoped Emma felt jealous. Jean wasn't the same cup size as Emma but they were 100% all natural.
"Uncharted territory? What is this about?"
Charles clasped his hands together. "The Cerebro alerted me to strange 'dens' of telepathic energy that are popping up all over the world. If I had to guess, I'd wager that Cassandra Nova has something to do with this." His face paled and Jean felt a wave of pity for the man. Nova was so irrevocably linked to Charles that he could never seem to get rid of her.
"Has anyone been hurt?" Jean asked automatically.
Emma groaned and stuck her hand out to inspect her nails. "You always have to make sure we all know how much you care, don't you?"
"No one that we know of. The portals are somewhat hidden but they're growing in number. It's...it's almost as if whoever opened these only wanted someone to enter who had the ability to find them."
"Like us. So, this is a trap."
"It certainly could be," Charles conceded. "Which is why I'm only sending you two."
"Mutants aren't being injured by these portals," Emma said icily. "So why is there any need to do anything about them? Let them be for all I care. Let Nova's trap go untouched."
Charles nodded slowly. "Yes, I considered that as well. I wrestled with whether or not to alert you two until I realized where their telepathic signatures were from. These telepathic dens have energy reminiscent of traces from other dimensions."
"Oh..." Jean's eyes widened. "That's..."
"Not very good," Emma finished. For the first time since the start of the meeting, Emma actually looked intrigued. "Finally something marginally exciting happens around here."
"Realities spilling over into other realities causes chaos. You two know that better than most. This is why we must act -- now."
"Where's the first one, Professor?"

"We could've just taken coach. I'm sure it's better for the environment."
"We're closing inter dimensional portals and you're worried about the environment? God, you really are as dreadfully boring as everyone says you are."
Jean just rolled her eyes and laid her bed back on the cushioned rest. They were taking Emma's private jet to Haneda Airport. Typically, they would've either taken the X-Wing or just booked a few seats on a commercial plane but Emma wasn't willing to do the latter and Scott needed the X-Wing for a more physical mission.
As much as she disliked Emma's vain, superficial lifestyle, she had to admit that the jet was probably the nicest thing she'd ever been in. White leather interior, full bar service, and an on-board chef -- what more could you ask for? But Jean didn't say any of that to Emma. She wasn't about to be friendly to the woman who she was fairly certain was trying to steal her husband.
She didn't have any solid facts yet but her suspicions were high. It had to do with the way they looked at each other. Scott hadn't looked at her like that since before the Apocalypse showdown. His features would soften and he'd start to smile that goofy smile but then he'd stop -- no doubt because he was worried about being caught. And Emma always had such bedroom eyes around Scott. It was like she was a predator, stalking him, and all Jean could do was sit on the sidelines and watch.
She supposed she could accuse Emma but what if she was wrong? There was no real evidence -- it was just a hunch. Jean shook her head and put a glass of gin to her lips. This was not the time for such thoughts.
"I never really took you for a gin kind of girl, Jean," Emma admitted. She was wearing that signature smirk that sent chills down Jean's back. "Always thought you were more of a virgin strawberry daiquiri kind of girl."
"Clearly you don't know much about me," Jean countered.
"Hmm..." Emma tossed her blonde mane and then adjusted her cleavage. Jean's eyes strayed from her drink for just a second. "Maybe we'll learn a bit more about each other today."
Jean was silent. She didn't want to give Emma any more satisfaction than she already had.

Once they were in Tokyo, it wasn't hard to find the open portal. The psychic energy coming off of it was almost overwhelming and Jean had to really concentrate and center herself (and the Phoenix) before approaching it.
As Charles had predicted, it was tucked away in a seedy alley near Akihabara. It wasn't visible to the naked eye but to a telepath, it looked like a swirling, dark hole of pure psychic energy. The first thing Jean thought of when she saw it was chaos.
"This is...uncomfortable," Emma noted. A streak of red was pooling above her upper lip. Her nose had started bleeding.
"I don't think we're going to be able to shut it down out here." Jean took a hesitant step forward and felt the psychic energy press against her body. Emma was as still as a statue behind her.
"You're not actually suggesting we jump into this thing."
"Yes, I am."
There was a long pause. "I'm learning that you really are as crazy as everyone says."
"If being crazy means keeping our reality from crashing into another one...then yeah, I'm crazy."
"Always being the sacrificial cow," Emma moaned. "It gets old quick, darling."
"Are you coming or not?" Jean asked curtly.
"Fine."
The two telepaths took the plunge and stepped into the portal. At first, all they felt was weightlessness and all they saw was darkness -- like they'd stepped into outer space. And then, a strange world began to come into focus and they felt gravity push against them once more. Emma considered turning into diamond but she knew if she did, she'd cut off her telepathic powers -- she didn't want to see what this portal did to non-telepaths.
"Where...where are we?" Jean asked in a small voice.

The Isles of Britpan consists of 4 main islands:
Ireshoku to the west, Kyuwales to the south, Engashu in the center, and Scotkaido to the north.
Ireshoku is an island rich with untapped resources, a land of abundant forests and wildlife, it's lowly populated with many fishing villages and very few cities.
Kyuwales is a small island, densly populated, with a rich cultural history. The Kyuwelsh language a unique dialect, it's people have been ruled by the Engashu only in recent years.
Engashu, the largest island, is highly populated with major cities throughout the region. An agricultural giant, its greatest strength is its diversity. Engashu has a long history of being invaded by foreign powers. The Mongroman Empire, the Saxhuns, the Vikings of Scanden, and the Norman region of Gaulna.
Scotkaido, the second largest island, it's south rich with farmland and its north an icy tundra known for its thriving fishing villages. For generations, the Scotkaido were ruled by clans. Clans that fought off the Mongroman Invaders from the West. A now destroyed empire which ruled the continent of Eurasia for centuries.
In this particular version of the Sengoku Period, the warring states period, currently a thirty year ordeal, two factions war for dominance over the realm.
House Magnus and her Sisterhood of Samurai versus House Xavier and his Clan of Extraordinary Ninjas.
Lady Magnus controls the island of Scotkaido, her capital the Iron City. Lord Xavier rules over the island of Engashu, his capital Salem.
Ireshoku and Kyuwales a constant battleground between the two powers.
Both mutants, a growing minority on this world, Lady Magnus is focused on the creation of a homeland for her gifted people while Lord Xavier dreams of a nation where humans and mutants live as one.
Both Monarchs are fighting for the title to Emperor, Lady Magnus ruling with an iron fist, Lord Xavier with a constitutional government in place.
Many throughout the isles believe the war is nearing an end. A huge battle to decide the future of the nation imminent.
-Emma and Jean find themselves in Engashu.

"Where...where am I?" Jean murmured as she opened her eyes to an unfamiliar vaulted ceiling. It looked straight out of castle -- though, it didn't look quite like the castles Jean was familiar with. It looked like stone but it had the sharp angles reminiscent of Japanese architecture. Slowly, she tried to sit up but she quickly realized there was something impeding her movements. The thin nightgown she was wearing did little to conceal the rounded belly sitting in her lap.
Jean felt her breath catch in the back of her throat. Was she...pregnant? What kind of bizarre body horror was this?! She touched it with morbid curiosity, feeling the tight skin beneath the silky material of the nightgown. There was a soft kick from her unborn child and Jean's face paled. It was real. At least, as real as things could be. She remembered walking through the portal and then...nothing. Well, until she woke up here in a very unfamiliar body.
With a grunt, Jean lifted her heavy body off the bed and waddled over to a mirror in the corner. Her nightgown, which looked more like a light kimono, parted in the middle as she walked, revealing her nude form.
Jean was glad to see her own face looking back at her -- even if it was a bit chubbier than she was used to seeing. She had a horrific moment where she wondered if she'd been thrown into some random body of some random pregnant woman. But, thankfully, it was her. Just a massively pregnant her.
Her belly dominated her figure but all of her had grown. The hourglass figure she'd always been proud of looked close to running out. Her bottom half had taken on the brunt of the weight, with her ass expanding to proportions she never thought she'd see. For its size, it was still perky, surprisingly, and jiggled with every step.
Even when standing still, Jean swore she could feel it moving ever so slightly. It probably had to do with the fact that her bigger figure was difficult to manage. She fell weighed down and was constantly adjusting her stance to stay comfortable.
She placed her hands on her hips and frowned. They were so wide it was hard to believe any semblance of her old body was under all those layers of fat. And her thighs? She attempted to stick a fat leg out but almost tipped over. She could only see them in the mirror but they looked more like tree trunks than thighs to her.
Although she'd become a pear, Jean's breasts weren't entirely shortchanged. She'd always been fairly busty and they'd clearly truly blossomed with pregnancy. They were now almost melon-sized and rested heavily on her stomach. A web of blue veins stretched across each of them and they felt painfully full every time Jean accidentally jostled them. Nipples as thick as a thumb and dark brown areolas the size of coasters capped each breast. Compared to the firm, perky breasts Jean was used to, these appeared very...matronly.
"What is this reality?" Jean murmured to herself as she investigated her plumper arms. There was no way these arms had ever seen a real battle. She looked like an over fed mommy!
"Jeannie? Are you awake, my dear?"
Jean turned and saw an elegant, tall woman with long silver hair pulled back in a high ponytail. She was older but very slim and had on a red and purple kimono. It took Jean a minute but she deduced that the woman was a gender swapped Magneto.
"Just admiring yourself?" Erika asked with a smirk. "Don't tire yourself too much -- the twins need you to rest."
"Twins?" Jean repeated uneasily.
"The most powerful mutant on the planet is creating a lineage," Erika said gleefully, completely ignoring Jean's panicked expression. "Once they, and your other children come of age, we will finally be able to defeat the humans once and for all. You, my dear, are the future."
Jean wasn't sure what to say so she just kept her mouth shut. She wanted to read Erika's mind but of course the woman had on that stupid helmet. Whatever reality they were in, Magneto always had that helmet!
"Now, please, lay back down. I don't want you going into premature labor. I'll call up a maid to bring you breakfast and rub some oils on that belly."
"I-...okay," Jean consented. Her ankles and back were really hurting. She sat back down and put both hands on the small of her back. This wasn't going to be easy.

"Well this is... unusual." Emma Frost, laying in bed, a harem of women sleeping around her, points out to herself as she notices a bottle of sake in one hand, a cigar in the other, and a diamond encrusted penis!
A struggle to unrock, an anxiety, when it finally shatters, Emma is relieved to see her pussy is completely normal.
... Of only the same could be said about her tatted, trim body! A body riddled with pink and red cherry blossoms.
"Good heavens, I look like a gangster!" Emma points out as she stands at the mirror, still taking note of all the sleeping women around her. She can't help noticing many are pregnant. Particularly, a woman with green hair, a woman with purple, a black woman with white hair, and a woman with pink hair.
"Great, I knew this mission was going to be a pain in my..." Suddenly, Emma can't help but loudly hiccup. It was at this point she realized she was drunk! "Ass!"

"Emma!"
The blonde sluggishly turned and dropped the bottle of sake. It fell to the floor and broke into a thousand pieces. A few of the whores behind her jostled awake but most didn't.
Kurt Wagner, dressed in a simple black yukata, pulled the sliding door open and frowned. "I knew I'd find you here. Did you forget about training at 8?"
Emma sighed and rubbed her temples. She did not have the patience to deal with the little blue devil-man today. In all honesty, she rarely had the patience to deal with him. His unyielding moral compass bothered her.
"Leave me alone, Kurt," Emma said with a slight slur. She took a drunken step forward and felt instantly overwhelmed by what was happening to her. Why was she like this? Why did she have a diamond dick that randomly shattered? And why was she surrounded by pregnant women?!
Kurt's yellow eyes narrowed. "Do you think just because you were chosen to go across enemy lines you get some sort of special privileges? If you're in Salem, you're training."
"I have no clue what you're talking about...but Emma Frost always has special privileges."
"Get to training in half an hour, Emma. Or no more trips to the Iron City. No more of your little redhead princess. Don't forget who's the enemy here."
He left and Emma rolled her eyes. No matter where she went, Kurt would always be a pain in the ass. The blonde grab a white yukata off the floor and draped it on her lithe form. She found that her body was muscular but slim -- and most every spot of skin was covered in tattoos.
She felt drunk and very confused but she managed to stumble out of the harem. A busy street full of similarly dressed people welcomed her. Strong scents of foreign foods hit her nose and her stomach lurched. God, she felt like she was going to hurl. But, before Emma was going to allow that to happen, she needed to get to the bottom of what the hell was going on.
From every mind she passed, Emma began to pull thoughts and memories that helped paint an accurate picture of her current reality. She was a part of an elite group of fighters known as the Extraordinary Ninja Clan. They were fairly elusive though most people on the street seemed to assume she was a ninja due to her tattoos. They weren't entirely accepted by normal society -- but Emma was wasn't part of normal society. She was above it. Or, at least that's how she was already starting to understand herself in this reality.
She learned about the war that's been happening for the past thirty years. It had led to the deaths of thousands and created war torn swaths of country. It was a nasty, deadly war that most everyone she encountered just wanted to end. Some people secretly sided with Lady Magnus -- most seemed aligned with Lord Xavier.
Emma instantly "downloaded" the layout of Salem and was able to quickly navigate the sprawling city. She kept learning more and more until she felt almost like a local. The only problem was she still didn't know much at all about herself.
<"And that penis! God, that was bizarre. But I have always wanted to fuck like a man does..."> Emma smirked her signature smirk and thought about going back to that harem. Having sex with the women who mocked her in her own reality? That didn't sound too bad.
She shook her head. Now wasn't the time -- she had to find her way out of here. This portal needed to be closed, after all.
Emma made it to the shrine that was home to the highest level of Extraordinary Ninjas. It was a beautiful, multi-tiered shrine surrounded by a bamboo forest. Behind it, there was a small field where ten other ninjas were training.

It all clicked as Jean devoured a bowl of rice with big meaty slices of charred pork.
Jean had been a high ranking member of the Sisterhood of Samurai, a strong, powerful warrior known for her ruthlessness and slim physique.
... Until she met a charming woman that, well, gave her a very special gift!
She sits there, hand on her ripe, stretch marked belly, the adopted daughter of Lady Magnus, green eyes aflutter as she realizes who the father of her unborn child is.
"... Emma." Jean whispers to herself.
"Lady Jean." A big burly samurai bows at the pregnant redhead
It was Sabertooth, his hair in a bun, his face scarred deep with an M.

For some reason, a wave of anger flowed through Jean unlike anything she'd felt before. Well, that wasn't quite accurate -- it was stronger than anything she'd felt when she wasn't in full Phoenix mode.
The thought of this brute speaking to her so frankly angered her to her very core. Who on earth did he think he was? Delivering such news before she'd even finished her breakfast?!
Before she could even really think, Jean threw her half-finished bowl of rice and pork against the wall. The porcelain collided with a crash and fell to the floor in a heap of a thousand pieces.
Creed, she noticed, didn't even flinch.
"Those traitors gave Xavier 10,000 weapons," Jean seethed. "They are teasing us and we are taking the bait! I don't want to see those human loving swine within a hundred yards of our borders! If I do, I'll kill then all!"
Jean gripped her belly as she felt one of her babies turn over in her womb. That must have been a bit traumatic for them and Jean actually felt a spark of empathy. But when she looked back at Creed, she only felt anger.
"Get out of my sight. Now." She flicked her wrist and the Samurai warrior instinctively bowed and left. Leaning back in her chair, she kept her hands on her belly, rubbing slow circles. Her twins were still kicking but they were starting to settle down after their mother's outburst.
"What was that?" Jean whispered to herself. "Why...what's happening to me?" It felt like the Phoenix was taking over -- like she couldn't control herself at all. It was scary and exhilarating at the same time -- just like with the Phoenix.
"Could it be...?" Jean asked. She shook her head. She just needed to get out of here -- and close the portal. She had to remember her mission. Getting too consumed would mean giving away her real life -- her life with Scott.
"Scott." She repeated the name and then looked down at herself. Emma was the father of her children. Her secondary mutation allowed her to sire children.
The question is, did Emma and Jean fall in love? Or did Emma impregnate Jean because it was part of her mission?

Emma sits in a bar, after skipping sparring lessons with her team, a bowl of rice topped charred pork, her mind thinking heavily about a beautiful redhead in a silky green kimono.
"... What is this feeling?" Emma's heart races. She can't help thinking about returning to the Iron City to see Jean Grey of all people. Jean, in her reality, a bitch she despises, but, in this...
THE LOVE OF HER LIFE?!
Emma winces. What a messed up thought! To think Jean had such a hold of her heart. The pompous, arrogant, narcissistic samurai who thinks of the lower class, much like the ninja, as an inferior breed.
But that butt! Before and during pregnancy, that round rear was simply a delight to admire!
"What is wrong with me?!" Emma mutters to herself.
"Besides missing out on sparring?" A familiar voice asks.

Emma turned and saw a beautiful, green-haired woman standing next to her. She took a seat on a stool and Emma's eyes immediately drifted down to the cleavage her kimono left exposed. The blonde was starting to realize more and more that, in this reality, she was pretty much only attracted to the fairer sex!
In her own reality, Emma had been adventurous with sex but she liked to have relationships with men. Her thoughts of Jean (of all people!) we're starting to prove that wrong.
"You know if you keep missing sparring, Xavier will never grant you another mission in Iron City."
Emma sighed and pulled a hand through her short hair. "Yeah, that's what everyone's been telling me. I'm thinking of just going there myself --"
"So you can get killed?" Lorna asked simply. "Have you forgotten who my mother is? Emma, I know Lady Magnus and her daughters better than anyone. Most of our intel is because of what I've been able to report. They're my family and I can tell you, very simply, that you should want nothing to do with them. Especially Jean."
Lorna was right -- she did know more than most about the Magnus clan. She was Erika's youngest daughter and had been the only one to defect to Xavier. She refused to become the bloodthirsty Samurai she saw Jean and her sisters transforming into. While she had her own shortcomings, she wasn't willing to turn her back on an entire race of people. So she left.
Erika vowed to get her back, once she defeated Xavier. Lorna had publicly promised that she'd commit seppuku before she allowed herself to be captured by the enemy.
Nowadays, Lorna was a part of Xavier's cabinet of advisors. She could predict her mother better than anyone else in Engashu.
"Trust me, Lorna, it is far from that simple," Emma replied flatly. "Jean and I..."
"I know you think she liked you but she's a monster. She was probably manipulating you. She thought you were a servant, right? She must've thought you could do something for her. Everyone in her life, she manipulates and uses. She's arrogant, hateful, and --"
<"Lorna, she's pregnant with my baby. Well, babies if the reports are true. She's having twins."> Emma said telepathically.
Lorna paused mid-sentence. Her green eyes widened and she took a deep breath. "You...fucked her?!"
Emma slammed a hand over Lorna's mouth. <"We're in a bar, Lorna! Keep it down. Just think things from now on. This news can't get out to anyone. Even Xavier.">
<"But...how?! Why?! Come on, Emma, you were on a mission! Why did you let that diamond dick do all the thinking!">
<"Because for some twisted, incomprehensible reason I am in love with her,"> Emma admitted. Just thinking it aloud felt both wrong and so, so right.
<"You love Jean Grey, of House Magnus? And she's having your children?">
<"Yes.">
Lorna's eyes twitched. "You just love getting yourself into the shittiest situations, don't you?!"
---
"Are you finally going to tell us who the babies' father is?" Wanda teased her sister as the four Magnus women sat down at a round table situated in a small temple next to the castle. Erika liked to be close to the ocean and in the temple, you could hear the waves crashing against the cliffs.
Jean sat down heavily, feeling every inch of her body jiggle. It was still an alien sensation but she was getting used to her cumbersome, pregnant body. "No."
"I bet it was Namor," Pietra teased. "Your babies are going to come out with gills and tails!"
"Girls! That's enough," Erika said tersely. "It does not matter who the sire is. Jean's babies are her own and that is all that matters."
"Was it a human?" Wanda asked with a raised brow.
"Wanda!" Erika barked.
The busty brunette sunk back in her seat. "Sorry."
Jean rubbed her belly and thought about the father of her children. She was careful with her thoughts -- she knew they had to be guarded. At first, it felt strange to think of Emma in a romantic light but the more she thought about it, the better it felt. She remembered their nights together, tangled in the sheets.
They had to keep everything so secretive -- the depravity of it made it more enjoyable. Emma was so virile that Jean was pregnant after their first time together. Of course, that didn't stop them from having sex many times after. Everything was so good, and then Emma's mission ended and she had to leave.
Jean knew what she was doing was wrong. And a part of her found her actions disgusting. Not only was she not supposed to be attracted to women, she wasn't supposed to be attracted to such low-class mutants. Ninjas were cowards who worked in the shadows. Xavier couldn't begin to compete with real warriors so he had to make gangs of shadow-dwellers to try to beat the Magnus clan. She thought they were lowly, weak, and pathetic.
And that's exactly how she viewed Emma. And she still did, in some ways. The more she lived in this reality, the more easily Jean found herself believing the things this Jean believed. It went against her old morals and values but she believed them.
But Emma had an air to her that was addictive to Jean. Those tattoos, her snarky voice, her large breasts, and, most importantly, that diamond dick. Just thinking about her for a few seconds had Jean wet beneath her kimono! She hoped none of her family noticed anything.
"Are you blushing, little sister?" Pietra teased. "Thinking about Namor, aren't you?"
They definitely noticed.

Lord Xavier assembled his top ranking ninja at the round table.
To Emma's right, Lady Logan, an experienced older woman with silver hair, a short, petite gal of a certain again with a death count higher than the population of Salem!
To Emma's left, a geisha in a blue kimono known only as the Ice Lady. Rumor has it the beauty was born a man!
And right in front of Emma, Lord Xavier, a bald man, heavily scarred face highlighted with wrinkles, sitting in a wooden wheelchair with Lorna to his left and Beast to his right.
"We've made an alliance with Emperor Stark of the Holy Mongroman Empire."
A Union of Gerberian States, Emperor Stark claims his state of United Kingdoms to be the successor to the Mongroman Empire.
"The Gerberians? Really?!" Lorna comments. "It's like you want a war with the Gauleans!"
"Come now, Lorna." Beast gets involved. "With Stark innovative new iron warships, we'll be sure end the war within months!"
Emma rolls her eyes. You can't trust someone like Stark. For all they know, Stark is planning to make the entire realm a puppet state!
"We attack within a month." Charles insists.

Emma was being pulled in two different directions -- because there were really two different versions of Emma inside of her. One was just concerned with getting back to her "real" reality. The other wanted Jean -- badly. That Emma had little true allegiance to Xavier. Most of her allegiance was to Jean and the babies in her belly.
So, the second that meeting ended, Emma packed up a few things and left Salem. It was a pretty simple decision -- both sides of herself needed to reunite with Jean. The "real" Emma knew she needed to get to Jean if they ever wanted to get out of this reality. And the other Emma just wanted to be near the mother of her children.
Emma made sure to hide her blonde hair and tattoos as she got ready to leave. Lorna and the other ninjas would probably be on her tail quick but she didn't want to give them any head starts. Before the sun had reached its noonday peak, Emma was on the back of a trade cart, headed north. She knew the journey to the Iron City would be long but she'd done it before. There were complex trade routes that she was actually quite familiar with (or, at least, one version of her was) and she could always use telepathy to "convince" someone to let her on their cart or boat. She just hoped she could use her wits and talents to get her to Jean quickly. She wasn't exactly sure what she would say when she got there...but they had to do something.
---
"You're getting close, my lady." A small, brunette nurse moved her hands over Jean's naked stomach. The redhead was reclined on a chaise in one of the palace's gardens. Even though the "real" Jean didn't know anything about childbirth or pregnancy, this Jean seemed to. Jean could tell she was close to giving birth just by how her belly hung lower and there was more pressure on her back.
"I know. I'd like to finally meet them." Jean caressed her belly and her mind went to Emma. They had to find a way out of here -- she had a life on the "outside" that was real and it needed her. But in here, things felt so nice. Sometimes she didn't even miss what her life was like. Sure, her personality had changed and she didn't always like the intrusive thoughts she had concerning other people -- particularly humans and the "lower classes." But her day to day life was so relaxing and she had her babies to look forward to.

Emma was smart and a brilliant telepath, no matter what reality she was in. She arrived in the Iron City earlier than she expected and, as always, was struck by its natural beauty. It didn't have the infrastructure or the population that Salem had but it made up for it with its rugged coastline and rolling green hills. Contrary to what Xavier preached, the people of the Iron City looked happy. Mutants were proud to be mutants and they were proud to fight for who they were.
War, Emma decided, was never black and white. How could it be? People were willing to put their lives on the line for something. There had to be some kind of reason behind it.
With a mask pulled up over her nose and a black yukata that hid most of her body, Emma was able to blend into the crowd fairly well. Her job, in this reality, was to hide in plain sight and she was good at it. But her real mission was much more difficult...
The Magnus Castle was well defended by samurai guards but that wasn't what scared Emma. It was Wanda, Jean's sister. Wanda was almost as powerful as Jean and could also have a fiery temper. Lorna had always warned Emma of the brunette and for good reason. It's been said that she's killed five suitors who came asking for her hand just because she didn't like their tone of voice or the way they walked. She was your typical spoiled brat -- not dissimilar to Jean.
Emma performed a quick psychic scan and felt Wanda's presence in the Western gardens. Jean was in her room in the northern turret. Magda and Pietra were speaking to their war council in a shrine closer to the ocean. It wasn't ideal, but Emma knew she had to move. She also knew that Jean was aware of her presence. She had to be.
<"We've got to get out of here,"> Emma said telepathically. She was confident Jean was listening but she didn't get a reply.
Quickly and quietly, Emma did the exact same thing she did when she impregnated Jean. After seeing the lovely redhead at the market, she became infatuated with her and they started having telepathic conversations. And then one night, things got deeper and Emma knocked out a samurai, stole his armor, and infiltrated the castle easily. Her and Jean spent the night in each others arms and here they were, nine months later.
Emma, dressed in samurai armor, slowly opened Jean's bedroom door and saw the mother of her children sitting at a vanity.
"Jean..."
The redhead turned and smirked. "Took you long enough."
"Well, you didn't exactly come looking for me."
Jean raised a brow as her hands fell to her very pregnant belly. "I'm about to give birth to twins. I don't think 'stealthy' is in my vocabulary anymore."
Emma eyed Jean's impressive bosom and even more impressive ass. It took up the entire vanity bench and then some! "No, definitely not."
Jean rolled her eyes. "Shut the door -- we need to talk."
Emma did as instructed and soon they were face to face. The blonde kept looking at Jean's swollen middle and thinking about the babies inside. They were half her and half Jean. The thought was absolutely bizarre and also incredibly titillating. She was being pulled in two directions.
"Xavier is going to attack within a month," Emma blurted out. "We need to shut down that portal and get back home."
"Home." Jean nodded her head slowly. "This place...is starting to feel more like home, isn't it?"
"Jean, remember Scott and the others. Remember your friends and your life. This isn't our world."
Jean grabbed Emma's hand and placed it on her belly. Instantly, Emma felt one of her unborn children kick. "Do you want to meet your children, Emma?"
Emma gulped. "I...yes. Of course I do."
"I'll give birth in less than a week," Jean promised. "I can tell."
"You would prefer to wait until after you give birth to shut down the portal? Jean...once you have them, you won't want to leave. I know you won't."
"And you will? Emma, do you love me?"
- Emma says she does - Emma says she doesn't - Emma gets angry -- they need to leave!

"Jean, this isn't the time -- we need to leave! We need to get out of this reality! I won't die in here!"
"You're not going to die, Emma." Jean looked down and smirked. "But I really wish you had told me that you loved me."
"Jean...whatever you're thinking, don't do it. This place is warping your mind. This isn't...this isn't you. I don't know you all that well but --"
"I'm pregnant with your babies, Emma!" Jean screamed. "You don't know me? Are you joking?! Emma, this is real." She rubbed her belly tenderly. "Us. That's real."
- Jean closes the portal -- with them still inside - Jean closes the portal but doesn't change her mind about Emma - Jean goes full-Phoenix and blends the two different realities together
